This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to be part of EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) team supporting the General Counsel’s Office (GCO) to act as EY’s representative and to be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising Client Contracts (MSAs, Engagement letters, GTCs), Procurement contracts (Software licensing Agreement, MSA, Hardware Agreement) and other documents such as Collaboration Agreement, Teaming Agreements for worldwide EY network members.
