• autocad, archicad software literacy
• develop leadership and communication skills
• great presentation skills
• experienced in environmental/sustainable construction
• performing calculation using software for metal and wood structures
• excellent project management skills and ability to manage a variety of contractors
• experience in development drawings for detailing metal structures, architectural and construction
