This role leads ground-up construction projects for utility buildings, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating closely with the end client and on-site teams. The Construction Superintendent ensures projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up utility building projects from start to completion.

+ Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects at the same time, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

+ Collaborate closely with the end client and on-site stakeholders to align construction activities with project requirements and expectations.

+ Lead, direct, and support on-site teams, including subcontractors and trade partners, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.
