Summary:Leads a team of production supervisors and process owners. Directs, plans, and coordinates activities concerned with production of “cake” for the Rolling Mill. Creates a workplace environment that fosters and sustains safety performance through the effective engagement of the supervisory team to the hourly workforce using behavioral management techniques. Leads the Cast Shop Team to achieve operational goals and objectives. Ensures continuous improvement of the scrap, melting, refractory and work management processes.
