Position Overview

Superintendent (Live-in or live-out)
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Superintendent will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of a high-rise apartment building located at 5754 Yonge Street in North York. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to live on-site, with one-bedroom and two-bedroom units available; if an on-site apartment is provided, it would be treated as a taxable benefit. Candidates who live off-site must have access to reliable transportation and reside close enough to the property to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with residents on a regular basis to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.
Respond to after-hours emergency service requests, including fire alarms, flood events, power outages, emergency maintenance requests, and other urgent building-related situations, taking appropriate action to resolve or escalate as needed....
