**Job Description**

**Superintendent-Housing And Transportation 55 E 34th Str - BI- Full Time- Days-7am-3pm**

Uses knowledge and capabilities in the trades to repair or replace appliances, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and building structures and systems. Schedules and oversees the work of the building staff and/ or contracted service staff.

**Qualifications**

**_Requirements:_**

+ High school graduate or GED
+ 3-5 years building maintenance experience in a residential or commercial building required.
+ Knowledge of building systems such as electric, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, and Con Edison steam for heat and hot water.
