We are looking for a Electrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project in Kentucky.
Mision
Assist in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the electrical part.
Main functions
Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids.
Define sequence and work areas.
Define the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them.
Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors.
Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur.
