What will you do?

Career Advising

• Acts as a resource to the Career Advisors and Employment Placement Specialists (EPS) to provide coaching for clients who demonstrate a need for career development, job target identification, and pre‑employment skills
• Coordinates career coaching sessions (in collaboration with the Career Advisors) to identify gaps and create action plans
• As needed, delivers orientation to program services (i.e. workshops, essential skills services, other self‑directed and directed services) and refers to other or complimentary services within Prospect
• Provides ongoing communication with internal staff in regards to status of clients and their service plans including revisions, updates, and completio...
