Role Requirement Summary: L&D Head – Sales
Experience & Background:
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 10 years of core experience in Learning & Development (L&D), ideally within high-performance, sales-driven environments.
- Strong background across Sales, HR, and L&D, with demonstrated ability to align training with business outcomes.
- Must have led L&D and HR teams, with experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven experience in pan-regional collaboration across diverse business units.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
