Take the lead on how SuccessFactors is designed and delivered at IAG as our SuccessFactors Functional Lead. You’ll play a pivotal role shaping our platform, driving design decisions and hands‑on outcomes. This is your chance to take ownership of how we design, optimise and evolve our SAP SuccessFactors environment. You’ll act as our internal technical voice, combining hands‑on configuration with functional leadership, while partnering closely with vendors to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

This role sits within our People Platforms team, supporting core HR systems across Australia and New Zealand. As we strengthen our in‑house capability, you’ll play a key role in lifting how we design, build and optimise SuccessFactors—working closely with delivery partners while staying close to the technology.
