JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will involve substituting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in various schools within the district. The LPN will be available for following through on Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs) during emergency situations with students. This may include, but not be limited to administration of emergency medications. In addition, the LPN may be involved in non-emergency IHP procedures such as, but not limited to, blood glucose monitoring, catheterization or breathing treatments. The LPN will work as a team with the district RNs, teachers, specialists, administration and families.
