**Pre-Apprentice** shall be workers expected to fill Apprentice position openings, within the first six months of their employment, in the apprentice training program specific to their wage schedule. Employees who elect not to move into open positions, or who are not deemed qualified by the Company, will be discharged from the Company without recourse from the grievance procedure.
