Position Summary: The Substation Foreman is responsible for the supervision, assignment and coordination of the Substation Construction and Maintenance activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, site and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. The Substation Foreman will direct the work and provide technical assistance to subordinates assigned to assist him/her and craft employees working under lump sum and fixed unit price contracts. The Substation Foreman requires 8-9 years of continuous experience with 5 of these years worked as Top Substation Technician A craft position, and will be responsible for identifying, properly tracking and reporting of completed job units to the Project Manager or General Foreman.
