Insight Global is looking for a Substation Construction Supervisor for the Greenfield and Substation Battery Augmentation team. Construction Supervisors will initially be assigned to greenfield projects and will eventually transition to battery augmentation sites as project needs evolve. Candidates will be fully mobilized to site and play a key role in overseeing daily construction activities, supporting field execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or electrical background who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within large‑scale renewable energy projects.
