Outreach is seeking a qualified candidate for the Part Time Primary Counselor position in our Outpatient Program located in Bellport, Long Island. The Substance Abuse Counselor is responsible for the delivery and implementation of supervision, support and clinical services to a population of chemically dependent clients with co-occurring and mental health problems.



What You Will Do:

+ Provide various outpatient mental health services with the goal of patient recovery.

+ Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.

+ Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
