Maintaining and Control all Submarine systems/networks through (EIG, SMW5, etc.) for all cable landing stations end to end.
Perform the required daily Hands and Eyes activities (24*7) for all the Cable Landing Stations equipment’s (3 locations in UAE). This includes both Marine and Terrestrial International links for any fault or proactive measures including the PFE readings observation for any abnormality in subsea segment.
Analyze and troubleshoot any subsea cable fault and coordinate to identify the subsea fault location including cable cuts and shunt faults in coordination with Cable ships during the subsea fault repair.
Facilitate in both hardware and software upgrades for all submarine equipment’s (EIG, SMW5, etc..) installed in all cable landing stations.
