Area of Responsibility
1. Sales Management
- Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the team, manage performance, build and maintain customer relationships.
- Product PSI, Price Management, Manage Channels Sales Plan and manage incentives for sale members.
2. Report/Admin Management
- Campaign performance analysis with an always-on approach to optimise Sales and Marketing efficiencies.
- Post campaign report analysis – weekly, monthly campaign, Sales report, best practices etc.
- Weekly/Monthly Sales update.
3.Stakeholder management
- Developing & gaining internal alignment all across multiple functional teams in the company.
- Execute sales and marketing activities in consensus with HQ.
