Job Description
The Maa Trust is a non-profit organization working together with community-owned wildlife conservancies in the Maasai Mara, Kenya. We work to increase the benefits of wildlife and conservation to Maasai families so that they appreciate and contribute to the protection of wild animals on their land.
Intern Health
Key roles and responsibilities:
Program Support and ImplementationAssist in preparing and reviewing ICHP work plans and budgets in collaboration with the Health team.Participate in the implementation of community-based health activities in alignment with The Maa Trust’s strategic goals.Support monthly meetings with Community Health Mobilizers (CHMs) and peer mentor review sessions.Contribute to the compilation of monthly and quarterly activity reports.Provide logistical support for planning health-related forums and training events.
