-Job description
**Role purpose**
To review and sanction (or recommend to the next level) the credit proposals issued by the Business lines with respect to the different portfolios.
Collaborate in the integration of a robust and profitable credit portfolio by negotiating positions between Account Executives and Credit Officers.
**Main activities**
- Evaluation and sanction (or recommendation) of credit proposals, ensuring an adequate risk/return balance within the parameters signed by HSBC
- The above is valid both for clients within the country and for companies within Latin America (verify approval package, analyze information contained in the credit study, review the profitability calculation, etc.), whether periodic reviews/new proposals/cancellations.
- Review that the proposals are presented in accordance with regulations and that they maintain high quality since in some cases it is necessary to escalate said approvals to the parent company as they ...
