Responsibilities
- Ensures all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed
- Liaises with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in-house and out of yard
- Leads and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures
- Maintains a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through:
- Screening and registration of new sub-contractors
- Revalidation of existing sub-contractors
- Posts project evaluation of sub-contractors
- Ensures adequate information/ requirements are supplied for sub-contractorsβ tenders
- Prepares commercial terms/ bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary
- Ensures the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place
