Subcontracts Executive (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities

• Reports to Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Quality Procedures (QPs)
• Devise improvement initiatives on existing processes and procedures
• Maintain a list of reliable subcontractors through screening and registration
• Manage Subcontractor Banding System
• Liaise with internal department stakeholders and subcontractors
• Understand manpower loading requirements and map out subcontractor workload in consultation with the Production Department
• Ensure adequate information for subcontractor tenders
• Prepare commercial bid evaluations and negotiate with subcontractors when necessary
