Position Description



The Contracting Services Department is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to work within the Commercial Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Commercial Acquisition or Supply Chain; DoW subcontract award / management experience preferred. Candidate should demonstrate working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, sourcing, market research, price analysis, negotiation, awarding and documenting purchases for materials and services. Bid/proposal activities include the use of reverse auctions to maximize competition. The selected candidate will be expected to manage a variety of commercial commodities and services. Candidate will execute purchase orders and modifications to orders as well as provide professional & courteous customer service to clients via phone and email interaction.
