Position Overview
**Description:**
You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for developing and managing subcontract specifications, bid packages, negotiations, policy development, and senior stakeholder engagement.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of major subcontract procurement, from drafting specifications to award administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for major constructions, materials, equipment, and services.
+ Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
+ Negotiate subcontract provisions, manage modifications, and administer awarded contracts.
