The Style & Retail Coach is responsible for strengthening the styling, product, fashion, and customer experience capabilities of frontline retail teams. This role exists to directly support commercial performance by equipping store staff to engage customers with confidence, communicate brand identity, and deliver a differentiated, on-brand in-store experience - serving as the critical bridge between brand DNA and frontline execution.

• Deliver training on styling principles, fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand storytelling - tailored to the retail context and each brand's DNA
