Studio Manager Opportunity

JETSET Pilates Santa Clara Rivermark is seeking a Studio Manager to lead pre-sale, oversee studio operations, and drive membership growth ahead of our Fall 2026 opening.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for building foundational membership during construction, leading community outreach, hiring and developing the team, and owning the studio's financial performance.

This is not a passive management role. It is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence.
