Job Description

This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approximately 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is as soon as possible .

Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Operations Investment Data Reporting team include:

• Support of daily operations (incoming data handling, fund valuation check, NAV check);
• Maintaining Private Equity related databases and analyzing data from Excel with input to upload sheet;
• Reviewing quarterly portfolio valuations and cash flows prepared by administrators;
• Analyzing financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
• Preparing data for investors’ reporting and presentations (include manual reporting tasks);
• Processing of client inquiries.
