We are looking for a highly motivated Student Support Officer to join our team and deliver high-quality, compliant, and student-focused support services within an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Key Responsibilities Student Support & Engagement
- Provide first-level support via email, phone, and virtual channels
- Assist with student onboarding, orientation, and general enquiries
- Maintain regular communication to support student engagement
- Escalate complex concerns (academic, welfare, complaints) when needed

- Manage student records in SMS/LMS systems
