The Melissa Campus Student Ministry Pastor provides oversight and leadership to the Melissa Campus Student Ministry during an exciting and formative season of campus launch. Operating without a permanent facility, this role demands a creative, adaptable leader who can build a thriving student ministry from the ground up—utilizing community spaces, school campuses, homes, and temporary venues to reach and disciple students. They work to train, encourage, and support at the campus level while collaborating with centralized staff and other campuses to keep the ministry effective, integrated, and prepared to reach and serve students well.
