Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Lead and promote school-wide positive behaviour and characterdevelopment initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of student development andengagement programmes.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive school culture.
- Oversee daily student management operations, including attendance,punctuality, and school routines.
- Coordinate disciplinary case management and ensure timely follow-upactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student managementmatters.
- Organise school events that reinforce positive student behaviour andvalues.
- Track, analyse, and report on student behaviour trends and interventionoutcomes.
- Implement and monitor behavioural support and intervention programmes.
