The successful incumbent will be responsible for engaging with prospective students through various communication channels and providing comprehensive information on our clients' course offerings, helping prospective students understand the benefits of their programs. Assist prospective students in selecting the most suitable course based on their individual needs and career goals, and guide them through the enrolment process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric


• Any other sales-related courses would be advantageous


• 2 + years of contact centre sales experience.


• Private Education-related experience is advantageous
