The Student Employment Coordinator manages the institution’s student employment programs, including Federal Work-Study (FWS) and institutional student employment. This role is responsible for program administration, compliance with federal and institutional policies, supervisor relations, and ensuring students have access to meaningful on-campus employment opportunities that support their academic and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

+ Administer the Federal Work-Study (FWS) and institutional student employment programs in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations

+ Coordinate job postings, hiring proc edures , and onboarding for student employees

+ Process student hires in a timely manner during both high and low-volume hiring periods
