Maintain dormitory facilities by assessing and recording the status of all rooms (study rooms, TV rooms, other facilities) and reporting repairs and damages to the dormitory team.
Coordinate student room assignments, check‑in and departure, and perform regular room inspections.
Administer the annual dormitory student activities by planning and promoting educational programs to encourage student participation.
Keep students updated with the latest news by refreshing board announcements with up‑to‑date information on UKB regulations, activities, trips, etc., ensuring awareness of any changes.
Request, follow‑up, and receive supplies and requirements associated with dormitory operations.
