Position Overview
As a Student Customer Care representative your responsibilities are:
- Answer incoming calls from travellers and provide immediate guidance
- Coordinate practical assistance such as towing, repairs or mobility solutions
- Deliver clear information and keep customers reassured throughout the process
- Register each case accurately in the internal system
- Follow up ongoing files until the customer is fully helped
- Collaborate efficiently with external partners and internal teams
A successful Student Customer Care representative should have:
- You are a student available during the summer months
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer‑oriented tasks
- Good command of Dutch and French
- Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused in unexpected situations
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude and interest in customer service
