C.  Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provides Case Management:

• Reviews and triages incoming reports to the SSRR Office.
• Manages all incoming academic integrity reports; provides guidance to faculty on case specific academic integrity issues.
• Works in co-operation with other College administrators as required to conduct sensitive assessments and generate student files
• Manages and supports the early intervention and resolution of student behaviour issues, student-to-students complaints, and interpersonal disputes between students.
• Provides confidential consultation and coaching to staff, faculty, and administration in the management of student behavioural issues; assist with the development of strategies to address complex behaviour issues.
