Position summary

Andrews University invites applications for a mission-driven professional to provide leadership in cocurricular education, student leadership development, and Title IX prevention and compliance within a Christ-centered, Seventh-day Adventist faith-and-learning community.



This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Campus & Student Life/Title IX Coordinator.

Qualifications summary

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of the Seventh-day Adventist whole-person educational philosophy. Preferred qualifications include a master’s or doctorate in education or a related field, 5+ years of higher education experience, along with demonstrated knowledge in Title IX, civil rights investigations, or compliance.
