Executive Director - Structured Finance Energy – European Platform ED

We are seeking an Executive Director to play a leading role in the origination, structuring and execution of financing and debt advisory opportunities within the Energy transition space, while contributing to the strategic development of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of financing and advisory opportunities across the Power and Renewable sectors, taking ownership of key client relationships and transactions.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client franchise across sponsors, corporates and institutional investors.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, maintaining and strengthening long‑term relationships at decision‑maker level.
