Responsibilities

Develop required information deliverables relating to shipyard steel and steel outfit repair activities in ship repair projects.

Extract details from specifications and work scopes agreed upon with the client to support work breakdown structure (WBS) planning, development of the estimates for the work, and subsequent creation of effective high‑quality job cards (work packages) to support the detailed planning phase.

Assign and control engineering bills of materials to ensure that the Planning Department has a clear overview of required materials.

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all required drawings, sketches and other required information, while adhering to Davie’s internal configuration and change management processes.

Support all Project Controls activities as requested.

Provide information and input for the estimate and bid development as required.
