Resolute Performance Iron (a Division of Sletten Companies) is a specialty steel contractor seeking a Structural Steel Foreman.

Structural Steel Foreman oversees and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in the installation and
erection of structural steel. This position requires thorough knowledge of structural steel work, strong
leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of structural steel workers, including welders, riggers and other related trades.

+ Plan and schedule project timelines, work sequences, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Project
