Overview:

TalentBridge is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Civil/Structural Engineer to support structural engineering needs across multiple production facilities.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a project management-heavy position. The focus is on applying sound structural engineering fundamentals in real operating environments — supporting plant teams with design, evaluation, and problem-solving tied to active manufacturing operations.

The role functions as an internal engineering resource, working directly with plant leadership and operations to ensure structural integrity, safety, and long-term reliability across facilities.
