Structural BIM Engineer (3 to 8 Years of Experience)

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to support our Structural Design Studio in delivering large-scale residential projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior engineers and coordinators in BIM modeling, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Structural BIM Modeling & Detailing
Develop detailed 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings and specifications.
Model structural components such as concrete, steel, and composite elements including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and staircases.
Prepare reinforcement details for sections, slabs (additional rebars), columns, walls, and core walls.
Ensure models meet required Levels of Development (LOD) and are suitable for construction documentation.
