Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join the team as a Stroke Navigator.

The Stroke Navigator–RN provides expert nursing leadership for stroke patients across the continuum of care, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements. This role performs advanced neurologic assessment, supports timely clinical decision-making, and promotes high-quality, coordinated stroke care in alignment with national standards and certification expectations.

The Stroke Navigator–RN leads stroke quality monitoring activities, including chart review, data abstraction, documentation audits, and performance tracking aligned with Get With The Guidelines (GWTG) measures.
