1. Licensing and Certifications

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class D or Class F driver’s license (depending on local regulations for passenger vehicles exceeding 15–30 seats).



Clean Driving Record: A verifiable history with no major traffic violations, accidents, or DUI offenses.



Commercial Passenger Endorsement: Specific certification for operating passenger-carrying vehicles, ensuring knowledge of safety protocols specific to buses.



2. Technical Expertise and Experience

Operating Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience driving Coaster buses or similar medium-duty passenger vehicles.
