Streetworks Coordinator

Location: St Albans

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Streetworks Coordinator to join a well-established organisation within the civil engineering and infrastructure sector. This role is key to ensuring that works are delivered in line with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA). You will work closely with project teams, local authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, coordination, and efficient delivery of streetworks activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising and managing Streetworks permits through internal systems
• Ensuring all works comply with NRSWA legislation and avoiding breaches
• Maintaining accurate schedules and tracking project requirements
• Coordinating with third parties (e.g. road closures, parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions)
