Street Cleansing Operative – The Role

We are seeking one motivated Street Cleansing Operative to join our Operations team. Working across Braintree, Witham, and Halstead, you will carry out a variety of essential duties, including mechanical and manual street sweeping, litter picking, litter and dog bin emptying, fly‑tip collection, market clearance, and the removal of deceased animals. You will work five days a week on a rota, which will include weekends. Weekday shift patterns operate from either 6am–2pm or 8am–4pm, and weekend shifts fall between 6am and 6pm.
