Operating as KICK's video subject matter expert across acquisition, pipeline and live events, with the autonomy to design, build and shape the systems that keep the platform running with real influence over how it evolves.

Your role with us:
Lead end-to-end readiness for KICK's largest events, configure and troubleshoot the video delivery pipeline and maintain video services to improve our creators' and audience's experience. Working closely with engineering teams to drive pipeline observability and own resolution of complex playback issues across CTV, mobile and web. This role calls for broadcast depth and engineering capability in equal measure.
