Strategy & Operations Manager - Strategic Deals Center. The Strategic Deals Center (SDC) is a newly launched strategic initiative within EY Canada, designed to elevate how we architect, pursue, and close large-scale, complex opportunities. As part of the Pursuit & Commercial Excellence (P&CE) function, the SDC centralizes governance, enhances collaboration across service lines, and drives differentiated outcomes. This role is critical to operationalizing the SDC and ensuring its success across the Canadian market and Super Region.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for the setup, governance, and day-to-day operations of the Strategic Deals Center. This individual will provide support to the project management team for large deals, coordinate the SDC governance committee, manage the deal pipeline, and oversee the SDC intake process.
