Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the companyβs annual and long-term strategic plans.
- Work with senior and middle management to align department goals, initiatives and performance expectations.
- Manage strategic and operational projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely follow-through and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance tracking tools to support accurate reporting.
- Coordinate monthly, mid-year and year-end business reviews and prepare performance insights for senior management and HQ.
- Analyse operational and financial performance, identify gaps, and propose improvement measures to help departments meet their targets.
- Prepare reports, presentations and submissions, including HQ and regional reporting requirements when necessary.
- Monitor market and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
