We are looking for a Manager to join our P&C practice. This is a delivery‑anchored role with a meaningful contribution to growth: you will lead both strategic initiatives and workstreams on complex transformation programs, shape our points of view on the future of the industry, and support senior leaders in originating and shaping new opportunities with Canada's top carriers, brokers, and MGAs. You will work alongside experienced executives who will sponsor your development, but you will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership from day one.
