• Participate in large-scale global programs helping telecom and media clients (mainly in North America) design and implement:
  • New business processes
  • Organizational capabilities
  • Digitally enabled solutions for high performance
• Work with multidisciplinary global teams on complex initiatives such as:
  • Digitalization of customer operations
  • Digital sales transformation
  • Process optimization
  • Agile project management
