About The Role

This position is a Business Partner in supporting and providing guidance to other departments in strategy formulation, implementation, and tracking; meanwhile keeping abreast of industry developments and channeling this critical information to senior management to drive the business. This position also supports the Company’s performance management, especially in delivering timely and accurate insights of business performance.

Responsibilities

• Work as Business Partner to actively participate and provide challenge in the department’s strategy formulation, implementation and tracking of long-term strategies and short-term initiatives.
• Facilitate the timely preparation of the annual business plan and budget process across the business units in the organization, aligning to overall organization’s strategies.
